Use: Designed for various fluid, ink and high speed digital inkjet printing system.
Content:
DCF series filters are disposable capsule filters and manufactured by high performance filter media and advanced process technology.
High mechanical strength and integrity ensure the various fluid and ink filtration quality.
Molded housing and fittings provide high mechanical strength and less dead space.
Thermally consolidated Polypropylene nonwoven support material prevents filters from unloading and migration.
Pleated construction provide high dirt hold capacity, high flow rate and low pressure drop.
Low fluid or ink residue and waste.
Quick start up of ink system and recirculation.
Thermal bonding process ensure no releasing of binders,
surfactants, and chemicals.
Wide chemical compatibility.
